Children express distress differently. Our specialist child team, led by Dr. Smit J.P (Fellowship in Child Psychiatry), uses age-appropriate, play-integrated therapy to help children navigate anxiety, behavioural challenges, and developmental needs.

What to Expect

Your child's first session is a warm, playful, and completely pressure-free meeting. Dr. Smit J.P will engage your child in age-appropriate activities while carefully observing emotional patterns — all while keeping parents fully informed and involved.

  • 45–60 min gentle child observation & play session
